This is an online event hosted on Zoom.
Due to current conditions, space is limited, event details are subject to change without prior notice, and cancellation or postponement of class are possible. Your support and contiued cooperation is greatly appreciated.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations:
Full Refunds: Cancellations requests made in writing 15 days prior to first day of class will receive a full refund minus a 50% administrative fee. Payment will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to the payment method used to make the payment only.
Cancellations made in writing with less than 15 days prior to the first day of class will forefit a refund.
OR you can request to postpone your class to a future date and the full balance will be applied to that class.
SPECIAL PRICING AND CANCELLATION:
If you registered for a class under a special pricing offer and need to cancel registration with 15 or more days prior to first day of class, a refund minus a 25% administration fee will be applied.
If Cancellation is made in writing with less than 15 days prior to the first day of class will receive a refund minus 50% deduction to cover administrative and class fees.
OR if you request to postpone your class to a future date and the full balance will be applied to that class as a deposit as special pricing would be voided and new balance willbe due 14 days prior to the new the first day of class or sooner.
